What services do you offer at Minevia Spa? We offer a wide range of spa services including facials, massages, waxing, laser hair removal, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, and wellness therapies. We also offer specialized courses in aesthetics, massage therapy, and beauty. 4. Do you have any special offers or packages? Yes, we frequently offer special packages and promotions. Be sure to check or follow us on social media for the latest deals. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates directly to your inbox. 5. What is your cancellation policy? We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment. 6. Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations which can be used towards any service, course at Minevia Spa. Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. 7. How do I pay for my services? We accept payment by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. 8. Is there parking available? Yes, we have free parking available at our location. 9. Do you provide any post-treatment guidelines? Yes, we provide detailed post-treatment guidelines for each service to ensure optimal results and safety. Please follow these guidelines carefully to maximize the benefits of your treatment. 10. If you are not satisfied with a service or course, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any issues and work towards a satisfactory solution. 15. Can I bring my children or pets to Minevia Spa? For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or pets to Minevia Spa.
