At Minevia Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible spa experience. Please be aware that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service, course, or product has been purchased. This policy applies to all services, courses, and products offered by Minevia Spa.
Reason for the No Refund Policy:

Service Completion: Once a spa treatment, course, or session has begun, it cannot be refunded as the service is already in progress or completed.

Course Participation: Courses purchased cannot be refunded once the client has started attending or has accessed course materials.

Product Purchases: Products purchased are non-refundable unless there is a defect or quality issue, which will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations: To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or course session. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the entire fee.
